  Went here for a team dinner. We were seated at a dirty table which we had to ask to get cleaned. The waitress didn't even offer water to drink. Absolutely horrable experience! Will never come back and I will tell people to avoid this place like the plague!!

  The unfortunate thing was that the second meal that came was no better than the first. I guess that’s just how their food is, so I will never order Boston pizza’s pasta again, because it’s by far the worst pasta I’ve ever had. I would’ve taken canned pasta over this. The food gets zero stars, because I just threw two containers into the garbage now rather than one, but the management is great and Colleen deserves 5 stars. I will add that the delivery lady that brought the initial delivery was great. THIS PLACE WOULD BE UNREAL, IF THE FOOD WAS GOOD!

  WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I MADE AN ORDER THINKING THAT I CAN PAY USING MY CARD ONLINE, THEIR SYSTEM SUCKS AND THE ORDER WAS PROCESSED RIGHT AWAY! CALLED IN TWICE TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CANCELLED AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID "I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS WILL BE CANCELLED" TOLD THEM THAT I INTEND TO PLACE THE ORDER USING MY CARD ONLINE BUT IT JUST WENT THROUGH AND SINCE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MY CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE,THEY SHOULD CANCEL IT SINCE I DON'T WANT THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRANT PAYING MY SURPRISE FOR HIM.. WELL GUESS WHAT, THEY STILL DELIVERED THE FOOD AND THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRANT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!! DAMMIT!!! I CALLED TWICE TO CANCEL AND I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WILL BE CANCELLED. Order # 16162868 Total $177.98 YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST! THANKS FOR RUINING A BIRTHDAY!!!

  Garlic shrimp pasta was amazing!!! Server was slow... Good thing food was worth the 15 minutes just to take our order and the 20 minutes waiting for the bill.

  There was barely a stitch of sauce on the pasta I received. I asked for mushrooms, and got a grand total of 5 very thinly sliced, barely present mushrooms...the pasta with LITERALLY 2 tablespoons of sauce in a huge tray of noodles. It was late, I was tired, but I gave them a call. I spoke with Colleen, the manager. Her phone etiquette, her care, her kindness and sincerity really stood out for me. She was very apologetic and gave me a few options as to how she would rectify it. I told her I didn’t want a new meal because it’s so late, but she assured me she could be there in 10 minutes to deliver it herself. This impressed me! Things don’t always go right, but how that’s handled goes a long way.
